Who is responsible for your data

Tabatière Royale is the controller of the personal data collected through tabatiereroyale.com. You can reach us at contact@tabatiereroyale.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, that is your email address and your message. We use them for one purpose, replying to you. Our lawful basis under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We never sell your data or use it for marketing.

Who else handles it

Messages sent through the form are stored in a spreadsheet hosted by Google and read only to answer you. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is passed to Google when a page loads. These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom; where they do, they rely on the transfer safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

Cookies

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), non-essential cookies need your consent. Tabatière Royale sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies, used for the security and delivery of the site, may be set, and these do not require consent.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
