Alfaliquid FR-K formats and ratios
The right ratio depends on your kit, and the maker gives FR-K a simple rule. Above 1 ohm, it recommends the 70/30, which puts flavour first.
The 50/50 balances flavour and vapour. It suits lower-resistance coils, and its higher share of vegetable glycerine rounds the sensation slightly, nudging FR-K further towards smoothness.
The 50 ml bottle follows a different logic. It is sold nicotine-free, in 50/50, in a 70 ml bottle with room for one or two nicotine shots. With one 10 ml shot at 20 mg/ml you get 60 ml at about 3.3 mg/ml, and with two you get 70 ml at about 5.7 mg/ml.

Is FR-K available at 11 mg/ml?
No. The descriptive text from the maker mentions 11, but its strength selector and published labels show 12 mg/ml. That second figure is the one to go by.
Does the 50 ml FR-K need to rest?
Yes. After adding the nicotine shot, Alfaliquid advises shaking the bottle hard and then leaving it to rest for 72 hours before vaping.
Is there an FR-K with nicotine salts?
The maker does not list one in its Classics range. Nicotine salt versions exist for FR4, FR-M, FR-S and Malawia, but not for the peanut recipe.
Is a peanut really a nut?
